委托我们代理案件程序或步骤/PROCEDURE
1、客户与我们律师事务所签订委托代理合同、授权委托书，并交纳律师费。
To sign the contract and the power of attorney with our law firm and pay attorney fees.
2、客户向律师提供与案件相关的真实的材料或证据。
The client provides the lawyer with true material or evidence relevant to the case.
3、律师根据案情为客户起草起诉状及整理证据材料，或提供案件的非诉解决方案。
The lawyer drafts the civil complaint and collates the evidence materials，or provide a non-litigious solution to the case.
4、客户签署起诉状，律师到法院起诉（诉讼阶段），或者律师根据案件具体情况提供解决方案并具体实施。
The client signs the civil complaint and submits to the lawyer, then the lawyer goes to court to sue.，or the lawyer may provide a solution according to the specific circumstances of the case and implement it.
5、法院受理案件，等待开庭（诉讼阶段）。或非诉方案的具体实施。
The court accepts the case and then waiting for the hearing， or the concrete implementation of the non-litigation plan
6、开庭审理，法庭做出判决或调解或和解结案，或者案件通过律师努力得以解决。
The court decides or mediates or settles the case after the trial， or the case would be solved through the efforts of the lawyer.
整个服务过程中，律师会将案件的相关进程和最新消息告诉客户，并于客户随时保持沟通，
